Hi, I'm Connie! I'm a native Arizonan and a Northern Arizona University alumna. I live and work in Phoenix, and play and relax in Flagstaff and Cottonwood. I dreamed of owning a home in downtown Flagstaff to be central to everything I'd need.
I love to eat good food, laugh with the locals, ride my mountain bike, and escape to the mountains from Phoenix when I can't breathe from the heat. I've lived in Arizona all my life. I was born and raised in Tucson, where I lived until I moved to Flagstaff to attend Northern Arizona University. After NAU, I moved to Phoenix, where I ran a small family business for 15 years. While living in Phoenix, I realized my interest in Vacation Rental Management , obtained my real estate license and redesigned my life into property management. |

A few years back—primarily inspired to share my love of the Flagstaff--I purchased a home in downtown Flagstaff and began renting it out using VRBO.com/Homeaway.
Initially, I was terrified at the thought of opening my home to guests for short-term stays. My hesitation was proven wrong. I've seen my Flagstaff property grow into a thriving vacation rental business, enjoyed by many lovely guests whom I thoroughly take pleasure in serving.

Seeing my success with Kendrick Cottage in Flagstaff, they purchased a sweet home in Cottonwood, Arizona, for use as a vacation rental as well, so I now manage the daily operations of Cottonwood Cottage in central Arizona for them.

What I love most about Arizona...
The thing I love most about living in Arizona is the sheer variety of beautiful scenery as you travel throughout our state. A traveler can experience the unique urban character of Tucson and Phoenix, the diverse Sonoran Desert, the beautiful Red Rocks, the Grand Canyon, smell the Ponderosa Pines in the high country, and experience all the great little towns in between.
